4 Steps to Sublimate Your Tumbler!
Notice: Please use a sublimation printer and paper to print your image.
Step 1: Print Design Use sublimation ink and sublimation paper to print the pattern that needs to be printed. Cut the paper to a size of Width 9.17" x Height 8.46". Please note that these measurements are taken manually, and there may be a deviation of about 1 cm.
Step 2: Wrap the Tumbler Wrap the printed sublimation paper on the roller with thermal tape, and then wrap the shrink wrap films on the tumbler using a blower or heat gun. If the shrink wrap films are damaged due to overheating, please use high-temperature tape to stick the damaged part to avoid affecting the sublimation effect.
STEP 3: Sublimation Print Place the wrapped tumbler in the oven and adjust the temperature and time to bake (the data depends on each oven). Since each oven is different, it is better to preheat the oven for 5 minutes before sublimation.
STEP 4: Done Enjoy your personalized printed tumbler.
